  • Can I change my account data?

    You can edit your account details yourself at any time. You can change your name, withdrawal accounts and access settings. The only thing you can't change after registration is your username and email.

  • Who can open AurumInvest account?

    We are pleased to accept customers over the age of 18 and this is the only condition we require. Registration is free of charge.

  • How can I become an investor in AurumInvest?

    You need to open a website. “Open account. Specifying your data. All procedure is absolutely free of charge.

  • Can I open more than one account?

    Clients can open several accounts for their own use. However, they cannot use them to get a referral commission for registering next accounts as previous downlines. Using multiple accounts just to get a referral commission from your own deposit may result in closing all of your accounts.

  • I'm having problems registering. What to do?

  • How can I access my account?

    You can log in to your account by clicking the “Client login” link on the main page and enter your user name and password.

  • What if I can't log into my account because I forgot my password?

    Click the link to reset your password, enter your username or email address, and you should receive a link to reset your password. If you did not receive a notification on the mail, check the spam folder or ask for help in those support.

  • What do you mean by “Principal return” and “Principal included”?

    'Principal Return' means that your initial deposit (capital) will be returned after the end of the plan. After 20 to 160 days (depending on the plan chosen) you will receive your initial capital back to your account balance.

    'Principal Included' means that in your investment plan the initial capital is included in your return on investment, after its completion you will get the whole amount (capital + earned profits)

  • What are the limits for investment?

    The minimum investment amount is only $10 and the maximum amount is $100000,00 per transaction.
    If you want to invest using cryptocurrencies, the system will convert USD at the current exchange rate.

  • Can I make a deposit from the account balance? Can I reinvest my profit?

    Yes, you can reinvest your profits from the balance of your account. To make a deposit from your account, you need to click "Make a deposit" button and select "Spend funds from your payment system".

  • How long it will take after i make a withdrawal request?

    Payments are made daily Monday to Sunday from 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM (UTC).
    In order to preserve the money of our investors and for maximum protection, the withdrawal request will be processed manually within 48 hours. But in rare cases, it can take up to 72 hours from time of the request.

  • Is there a fee for making a deposit or withdrawing funds?

    There are no fees.

  • What is minimum withdrawal amount?

    Minimum withdrawal amount for USD is only $1. For cryptocurrencies is equivalent of $5.

  • Can I have more than one deposit?

    Yes, once you’ve registered account you can create multiple investment Plans from your dashboard, by clicking Deposit and choose next Plan. Then you just follow the same process you used to build your first Plan. Please note that investing using Bitcoin require to generate new BTC deposit address each time.

  • What is the Affiliate and Representatives program?

    You can earn extra money by recommending our website to others. After logging in to your account, you can download your referral link. You will receive a commission for every deposit made by the user you invited.

    If you want to participate more in the development of our project and have impeccable knowledge about our company, you can apply for a regional representative and earn much higher commissions on the deposits of your referrals.

  • What is the point of referral program?

    The purpose of the referral program is to expand the number of investors in the system.

    Each participant of the program invites investors using their referral link (personal link is available in the “Referrals” section in the personal cabinet). When opening an investment deposit by invited participant you get 5% of additional income from each deposit of invited participant of the 1st level and 2% of the 2nd and 1% of the 3rd level. (Representatives 8% of additional income from each deposit of invited participant of the 1st level and 3% of the 2nd and 1% of the 3rd level.)

    The referral commission is accrued to your account balance instantly.

  • Can I promote AurumInvest?

    Yes, we offer a flexible referral program to our customers. This is a great way to make extra money. You can invite people to our investment platform and promote our site using banners, text ads, social networks, messengers and any other legitimate ways.

  • Do I need to have an active investment to participate in your referral program?

    No, there is no need to have an active investment to participate.

  • When will the referral commission be added to my account balance?

    Referral commission will be added to your balance immediately after your referral makes a deposit.

  • Can I change the upline?

    No, you can’t change the upline. A user who has invited another partner has the right to get a commission for life from all of that referral’s deposits.
